We can accept your items back within 14 days of delivery, for either an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
Didn't think you'd do us like that... (just goofing). If you'd like to return any part of your order, pop us a message via our Contact Us page and we can process it for you.
You have 14 days after delivery to get in touch for us to accept a return. Please post your goods back to us as soon as possible so we can process your return. Contact Us and get the ball rolling.
Of course, Contact Us and tell us which item you are returning and the URL link to the new item you want and we will get back to you ASAP.
Once we've agreed an exchange we will take your new item out of stock so no one else buys it. We must receive your original item within 14 days of agreeing the exchange. If it isn't with us by this time we will cancel the exchange and make the item available for others to purchase.
You pay for the return postage, and we'd recommend a tracked and insured service.
We aim to process your return within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (excluding weekends and holidays).
You send the goods back, we credit the funds back to Klarna, Klarna refund you. Simple. For more info, head to our Payments page.
Chase this up with your courier ASAP. When shipping, we advise to get insurance and tracking on your parcel so you're always covered. Keep the receipt until we have processed your return. Unfortunately, we can't refund any lost items.
