All purchases may be subject to additional verification and authorisation by either your card provider or ourselves, to maintain security and protect everyone from fraud.
Once your order has been placed, and your payment authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been placed successfully. If your card has not been authorised, or if there has been an issue, payment will not be taken and you will receive a notification explaining why this was not successful. You can then try again if you wish. On some occasions, money may still show as pending by your bank even if the payment has failed, however this will revert shortly.
If your payment has declined, please double check you have entered your card details correctly by checking the main card number, expiry date and CVV number. As well as ensuring your billing details are correct. If the problem persists, you may have to get in touch with your card provider to ensure there are no holds or limits placed on your account.
